Key Responsibilities
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across the business
- Lead IoT, Smart Building, AI, Automation, and Business Intelligence projects
- Develop impactful Power BI dashboards and data-driven insights
- Manage system integrations across ERP, CAFM, BMS, and enterprise platforms
- Identify and implement AI and process automation opportunities
- Lead digital projects from concept to deployment and user adoption
- Ensure governance, cybersecurity, and data integrity standards are maintained
Role Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years' experience in Digital Transformation, Smart Buildings, IoT, Systems Integration, or Business Intelligence
- Experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, Real Estate, or Building Services is highly desirable
- Strong expertise in Power BI, Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft 365, APIs, SQL, IoT, and AI solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management, project delivery, and problem-solving skills
